777y Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1Minimum Age

To register and use the 777y platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. 777y strictly enforces this age requirement. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, 777y may request documentary proof of age including a national identification card, passport, or other government-issued document. Any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

2Geographic Eligibility

The 777y platform is made available to players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 777y is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 777y does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If you are accessing 777y from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that 777y bears no liability in respect of any resulting legal consequences.

3Single Account Requirement

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 777y platform. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. If 777y identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts linked to that individual will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. Where a player's household shares an internet connection and multiple family members wish to use 777y, each member must contact support prior to registration to avoid accounts being incorrectly flagged as duplicates.

7Deposit Methods and Minimum

777y accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your 777y wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. 777y does not charge any fees on deposits, however your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number used for the payment is the same number registered to their 777y account where applicable.

8Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the account. 777y aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays including Eid, or where additional verification is required. 777y reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for withdrawal requests above a specified threshold.

9Refused or Reversed Transactions

777y reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction cannot be verified. In such cases, 777y will notify the affected account holder and may request additional documentation. Where a chargeback is initiated by a player without legitimate grounds, 777y reserves the right to suspend the account and recover any related costs.

13Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets placed on the 777y platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market selected. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from the platform. 777y reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on markets that were suspended or closed at the time of bet placement. Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 777y's decision is final.

14Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

All players are required to engage with the 777y platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited: use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players; collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; exploitation of software bugs or errors — any winnings derived from a known platform error must be reported and will be voided; and any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behaviour. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

15Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction, 777y reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. 777y will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures that are beyond the reasonable control of the platform, including but not limited to network outages, server failures, or interruptions caused by the player's own internet service provider.

18Grounds for Suspension or Closure

777y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:

19Effect of Account Closure

Upon termination of a player account due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms breach has occurred, any verified available balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
